Role: Projects Manager

We're seeking an experienced professional to manage luxury residential refurbishments, heritage restorations, and commercial developments. Working with our established team of craftsmen and specialists, you'll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to our exacting standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects including Grade II listed properties, contemporary new builds, educational facilities, and commercial developments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in construction project management. You'll be responsible for maintaining our reputation for quality whilst building lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee multiple construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence

  • Client Management: Maintain exceptional client relationships through regular communication, progress updates, and swift resolution of any concerns

  • Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams including craftsmen, subcontractors, and specialists to deliver seamless project execution

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets MBM's exacting standards and complies with building regulations, planning permissions, and heritage requirements

  • Budget Management: Monitor project finances, control costs, and maximise profitability whilst maintaining quality standards

  • Health & Safety: Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with our network of vetted suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records, progress reports, and ensure all certifications and warranties are properly managed

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work collaboratively with architects, surveyors, heritage consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
