Founded in 2017, Midlands Building & Maintenance has rapidly established itself as a premier building and construction company across The Midlands, The Cotswolds and the Three Counties. From our inception, we have remained committed to investing in our people, equipment, and apprentices to deliver exceptional service for our clients.

What began as a vision to provide uncompromising construction excellence has evolved into a thriving business serving diverse sectors from luxury private residences to prestigious public institutions. Our success is built on a foundation of skilled craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
